One of the modern international dispute resolution mechanisms especially for high profile contracts is the Arbitration Process. We identify with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K) as a viable governance model. From drafting contractual agreements, we set out robust Clauses which make recourse to Arbitration necessary while we set out appointment process in fine details. Our reasoning remains that sustainable economies are built with proper identification of stakeholders within the eco – system, interrelated reliance and preservation of the goal to distribute and redistribute income. The Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act also provides regulations for adjudicatory process of Arbitration.
